Where can I find the status of my order?
Our website or app, accessible through Google Play and App Stores, are options for shopping. Immediately after receiving your order, we will mail your package. If a product is sold out, what happens?
All products are kept in stock as much as possible. The supply may occasionally be exceeded by unforeseen demand, though. If the item you've chosen is out of stock, we'll let you know at checkout. If, in the unlikely event that your order is accepted, but we are unable to ship it for some reason, we will let you know within 24 hours and will refund your money within 5-7 working days using the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase.
Can I have my order shipped to several addresses?
Per order, we can only handle one shipping address. Therefore please regard these as distinct orders if you want to order multiple goods and mail them to various recipients.
How can I tell whether my order has been accepted?
