The customer's delivery address determines the delivery time, but 2-5 days  is an excellent range to keep in mind.

Pan India: We offer nationwide complimentary shipping. Duty at Customs: Customers will bear all costs associated with Customs duty and other clearance procedures for all international orders.

If the order is canceled within 48 hours of placing it, lost, or not delivered to your preferred location, the entire amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Please decline to accept your package if it has been altered or damaged when you receive it. You can contact our customer service at designerswear.in or via email with your order number, and we will do our best to send you a new delivery as soon as possible.

If the requirement cannot be met, Designerswear.in reserves the right to cancel any order without providing any justification. The business will guarantee that an appropriate refund or notification of order cancellation will be provided within a reasonable time frame.

Within 24 hours of placing an order, you can cancel it. Except in exceptional circumstances, no cancellations are permitted after 48 hours. The decision to accept a cancellation after 48 hours is solely up to Designerswear.in. Any cancellation requests can be sent to cyberryitsolutionspvt@gmail.com. Phone or online chat services are not accepted for cancellation requests.

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect with the same. There will be no discount available for the customization cost for any product.

Due to the complexity of production, occasionally a product may not be produced as expected; as a result, we may seek your advice, which could delay your order.

We may approach you to cross-check the measurements once more if our garment construction team discovers that the measurements you provided are incorrect or there is a variation. An order may also be delayed by the time required to recheck these measurements.

The product cannot be returned at any time during the garment manufacturing.
