Return & Refund policy

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and still in its original packaging—to be eligible for a return. You'll also need the purchase confirmation or receipt.

You can contact us at cyberryitsolutionspvt@gmail.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. We will only accept items returned after first receiving a return request.

 Damages and issues 

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is broken or damaged or if you got the wrong one, so we can look into the problem and fix it.

Exchanges

Returning the item you already own and making a separate purchase for the new one after the return is accepted is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want.

Refunds

If your application is accepted, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please remember that DesignersWear may take 5-7 business days to process and send the refund.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will get a refund in your bank account or for a future purchase within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be credited to their Credit Card, Net Banking, or Debit Card Account within seven business days. Once we have received and examined your return, we will inform you whether or not the refund was approved.

  • Processing returns might take longer during busy times like sales or holidays.

  • Refunds are not available for items purchased during the sale.

  • DesignersWear will never provide refunds exceeding the purchase price of the product.
